CEST Nepal has adopted the following as its working approach:

2. Collaboration, cooperation and partnership with the relevant stakeholders.
3. Gender-sensitive, inclusive and pro-community based interventions on sustainable tourism.
4. Excellence in technical expertise of own members and emphasis on networking, information sharing and mutual learning.
5. Promoting volunteerism.
